Not only that but my experience has seen that the calibrators haven't taken my viewing conditions into account, and went purely based on numbers, or when asking simple everyday simple tv viewing questions or settings, they will be like " up not sure, I don't know" and I find that surprising as it's like you do this for a living how do you not know a simple question I'm asking such as " if I change name of hdmi input from hdmi 1 to the name pc for ps5 gaming, will this affect the calibration you just did, will it still be calibrated or not?" Or if for someone reason I felt the picture was to dark, they will get highly offended as if I committed a super sin although I paid handsomely for the time and effort spent on the job where they won't bother to reply to an email. ( I won't say names) However I use that term loosely only because this is not my first calibration I had a few done previously as well over the years by someone who is again highly recommended one of the top 3 as well, and when I showed that work done on my tv alot of people said that it was more or a less a crap job for lack of better words for someone with such experience. ![]() By a very well known calibrator probably the top 3 calibrators on all these chats. I asked this question because I had my C1 tv professionally calibrated months ago in the 3dlut settings. So to just provide further detail clarification, and more insight. However I do enough through alot of trial and error, research over the years, videos, group chats, and experience with calibrator on my tvs. By no means am i a professional in this field of calibrations and tv picture etc. ![]() ![]() This is great as its helping me learn alot. Wow, ok I didn't think I will get so many replies to my question.
